Uniform Code

Boys:

  1. Shirt to be tucked in the pant. low waist pant not allowed.
  2. Narrow pant not allowed.
  3. Wearing of black belt through loops of pant compulsory.
  4. All boys should be clean shaven/ trimmed.
  5. Proper grooming of hair. (No gel/ no color)
  6. Vocational boys to wear a tie and no folding their long sleeves.

Girls:

  1.  The uniform skirt should be knee length and blouse should be long enough to tuck in the skirt.
  2. Wearing of black belt through loops of skirt compulsory.
  3. Proper grooming of hair (no color). Hair in bun with a net for vocational girls.
  4. Vocational girls to wear a tie and no folding their long sleeves.
  5. No make-up (nail polish, eyeliner, kajal, lip balm, mehendi etc.)

General:

  1. Wearing of Identity Card is compulsory everyday and everywhere on the campus and for outdoor Competitions / Events representing the Institution.
  2. No long nails.
  3. No bands / stud pierced on body.
  4. Only black sandals/ shoes during the rainy season.
  5. Wearing of blue formal socks and canvas shoes (blue and white in color) after rainy season.
  6. Vocational – black formal socks and black formal shoes.
  7. Only black jacket to be worn in genuine cases with the permission of the Principal.
Behavior in The Premises

1.  No breaking / disfiguring of school property in class/ campus. (If broken/disfigured than a fine of the price of damaged item at market price will be charged to the student including labour charges if any and suspension in this regard will be given by the Principal)

2. No munching of chewing gum or any edible items in the class.

3. students should enter class before second bell at the end of the interval.

4. Not allowed to go out of school campus during school hours.

(If noticed then on first attempt a call to parents will be made. If noticed for the second time then students’ Parents will be informed about it and the student will be suspended by the Principal.)

5. No student is to be seen in and around the parking area for staff vehicles.

6. No scribbling on desks / benches/ school property.

7. Inside of desks to be clean everyday/ desk arrangement need to be maintained by every class C.R’s and SLS of class.

8. Science/Vocational students should use their lockers only for keeping their practical things. A surprise check may be done at any time in this regard. One key of the locker needs to be placed in office/class teacher.

Recommendation to Parents / Guardians

Parents & Guardians are supposed to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline seeing that their children/wards prepare their lessons daily and take an active part not only in curricular but also co-curricular activities of the school.

2. Parents cannot dictate to the management. The Management reserves the right to admit/retain pupils in the school on conditions which are in conformity with the Education Code and instructions issued by the Directorate of Education from time to time.

3. Parents/ Guardians are forbidden to see the pupils during school without the sanction of the authorities. The members of the staff can be seen only during their off lectures or by previous appointment, with the permission of the Principal.

4. No outsiders can contact any employee without signing the visitors register.

5. Parents /Guardians are totally responsible for the proper dressing and hygiene of the students.

6. Only Parents/Guardians who signed the admission forms of their ward are requested to collect the report card of the student only on the days and time fixed by the school authorities.

7. Leaving during school hours is not encouraged. However, in genuine cases only parents / Guardians should come to collect their child.

8. Absence due to illness for three (03) days or more requires doctor’s certificate.

9. Habitual late attendance, irregular attendance, habitual inattention to school work, insubordination to teachers, dishonesty, unbecoming language, stealing, association with drugs, alcohol or smoking and other objectionable conducts are sufficient reasons for dismissal of a student.

10. Check your child’s school calendar for homework, examination portion, time table, progress report and remarks from the teacher/ Principal.

11. Encourage the Parent’s Teachers Association (PTA) by your participation or contacting your area representative and by your contribution.

12. Use the suggestion box at the school premises for your suggestion / complaints with your name, your child’s name and class. Anonymous suggestions will not be considered.

Very Important
  1. No Mobiles are allowed in the school campus. If mobile is found appropriate action will be taken on the student offender.
  2. No two-wheeler vehicles allowed in the campus. Riding a bike to school is at own child’s risk. The school is not responsible.
  3. No CD/ Pen- drives/ cameras/ magazines/ sharp instruments (weapons) allowed in the campus. Student who do not adhere to any of the rules appropriate action will be taken on the student offender.
School Calendar & Identity Card
  • If a student loses his calendar/ Identity Card then he shall pay Rs. 150/- and then purchase the same from the school library.
  • The school cannot be held responsible for things that are lost. Stealing is a serious punishable offence and a student if caught is liable to be dismissed.
  • During the interval break all students should be out of their classes. No eatables and soft drinks to be carried to class after interval.
  • Misuse of school calendar, forgery of signature is not allowed.
State / National Days / Holidays

Compulsory attendance in Uniform.

2. If there is genuine reason for being absent then the student should take prior permission from the Principal on his/her calendar and should later report the same to class teacher/discipline incharges on the same day itself and obtain their signatures.

3. Appropriate action will be taken if absent on the above-mentioned state/ National days without prior permission.

  1. Absentees without prior permission on the first/last working days before/after Ganesh/Diwali/Christmas holidays appropriate action will be taken.
